Fall 2019 Start Dates
We hope you’re all having a wonderful summer! Summer School has been a blast, but we’re down to our last 3 weeks. And Fall Start is just around corner! We’re excited to have you with us for the new academic year, and wanted to give you a first look at our start dates schedule to help you plan.
Meet Your Teacher Drop In Day – Friday August 23 from 10am-noon
Teachers are working in their classrooms getting ready for the start of the new school year and would love to get a chance to meet you and your child! We will have class lists posted and you can drop in any time between 10am and noon.
Enrollment Packets are DUE before August 15!
If you have not yet turned in your enrollment packet, it must be completed and turned into the office for your child to join their class. Returning students also have forms to complete.
If you have a student in our TK/K class, please make sure you also include their updated immunization forms at there are additional shots needed for this age group to maintain compliance with the State of California regulations.

Your first tuition payment is due August 15 – your EFT account will be processed on this date. If you are a returning student, your EFT re-authorization form is in your Returning Student Packet.
If you are planning on paying the Year in Full for your 5% discount, please let us know. This amount is due by Sept. 1.
Orientation Days: 10am-11:00 class time
Mon. Aug. 26 for MWF/Orange & Green Room classes and Tues. Aug. 27 for T/Th Classes.
On Orientation Day we have a short start schedule, allowing for the students to ease into the new year in the classrooms while you attend the parent meeting in the church sanctuary. We will be going over the parent handbook, news and events for the year, and giving you a crash course in the Zoo Phonics program while your child gets acclimated.
You will not need to pack a snack for Orientation Day but we always appreciate a ‘practice run’ of bringing the buckets with a change of clothes just in case!
Our 8am-3pm schedule with Early Birds, Lunch Bunch, and Extended Day programs will start Wed. Aug. 28.
If your child is our five day PreK, Tk, or Kinder schedule in Orange or Green, Tuesday Aug. 26 will be an academic day only. This is an 8:30-noon schedule for Green Room (Tk/K) and 9am-noon for Orange Room (PreK). On this day, Green and Orange Room students will need to pack a snack.
Look for more information on September news and events coming soon… and if you’re looking for some August fun… our Revive Covenant Church Vacation Bible School is August 7-9 from 5-9pm for kids 3-11. We’ll be learning how we can Stand Strong for God at “Kingdom Rock” with worship, games, crafts, snack, and Bible learning time. Learn more and sign up here.
You can also sign up for Summer School… We have space Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in August (Mon and Fri are wait list only) and August 5-9 is “Let’s Go Camping” and August 11-16 is “Hawaiian Hula Party”. Plus Wednesdays are WATER DAYS!
